Lesson learn — take vitamins at night only. I recently switched to taking them in the mornings because I missed one day. But now I’m feeling all the strange effects that I don’t usually feel because I’m sleeping. Upset stomach, naesea, and just feeling blah. I’m switching back to night time tomorrow. I’ll just eat more fruit during the day. :)

  1. I totally know what you mean! I took them this morning and walked to the subway station. by the time i got on the train i was ready to throw up. Good thing i had a big enough tummy for someone to offer me a seat and when i sat down i felt better.

      I just kept trying to drink water and eating the rest of the day. It helps when my stomach feels full, but it’s much better when I take it before going to sleep. I can’t feel a thing after then. heh
