My legs and feet were really swollen, so I took my ring off in case my fingers and hands were heading in the same direction when I went into labor. That was about 2 months ago. I finally remembered about my ring last night and put it back on. But before I did, I had an idea for a photo pose.

I was tickling the baby’s feet earlier to see if she’s ticklish yet. Well, I think she is! She hasn’t learned how to laugh yet, so if you tickle her feet, you’ll see she’ll pull away. Do if more often and you’ll see her start kicking up a storm! That’s what gave me this idea for the photo.

She was calm, but still kicking her feet as she ate, so getting a clear photo was hard. We grabbed a black t-shirt to use as the backdrop (yes, it’s that simple since babies are so small!) and this photo came to life, entitled, “Made with Love.” Many thanks to Isaac for letting us borrow his Canon EF 100mm f/2.8L IS USM 1-to-1 Macro lens! All these macro photos of baby parts look beautiful. Thanks Isaac!!
