My daughter reached the age where she wants to put everything in her mouth. Sometimes being able to gnaw on something is all she needs to calm down, relax, and fall asleep. And when you’re out and about, it’s exactly what mommy needs.

There’s lots of teething toys on the market, but if you wear your baby as much as I do, you might want to check out Teethease. They created a line of wearable teethers that are identical to modern jewelry. It’s something that makes moms look great and babies happy at the same time!

They recently added a new necklace style called Rock•ease, which I think is a lot of fun to wear. It features seven uniquely shaped “rocks” that look very realistic. These “rocks” are just the right size for little mouths to gnaw on, and hangs right across your chest so your child can easily reach them. They’re perfect for chewing on, but also makes a great distraction tool for babies during breastfeeding. Mothers who are breastfeeding after 5 months know how easily distracted their little ones can be! If your child does tug on the necklace hard enough, there is a break-away safety clasp that will release, making it safe for mom.

What makes this necklace really fun is how realistic the rocks look. They look like they’d be heavy, but if you touch and press them, you’ll see why babies love them so much. They’re made of soft and flexible silicone, which are very gentle on tender gums. The rocks being around my neck reminds me of something Wilma Flintstone would wear! And she does have a good sense in fashion.

Being able to give my daughter clean things to play with is very important to me. I’m glad Teethease is very easy to keep bacteria free. Just throw it in the dishwasher (top rack) when it’s dirty and you can clean and sterilize it without a worry.
